We are hiring full time Customer Service Associates to join the J &S Customer Care team. Our ideal candidate will have an eagerness to help others by providing excellent customer support. The Customer Service Associate will be responsible for overseeing order fulfillment, processing and handling customer inquiries.

Customer Service Associate Duties:

  • Answer customer questions with insightful responses
  • Provide troubleshooting
  • Speak with customers to figure out the best solutions, while up-selling new products
  • Manage order fulfillment
  • Update customer records as needed to reflect changes
  • Coordinate with other team members as needed

Preferred Customer Service Associate Skills:
